IM Redefined

Proteus 4 is a current, attractive industry standard and free multi-protocol instant messaging application for the Mac OS that enables users to chat with friends (or enemies!) seamlessly over a variety of mediums. Development has ceased in lieu of the more modern Proteus 5 but it remains an active force in the messaging market and one that is enjoyed by countless users. Ultimately customisable, extras are available for it to keep it looking sweet here.
